We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty:

• Cosmetic creams
• Lotions, oils or skincare products
• Any sealed product that has been opened, used or tampered with
This is in accordance with UK consumer law exemptions for hygiene-sealed goods.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

• Photographic evidence
• Return of the item for inspection
Once the fault is confirmed, we will offer one of the following, in line with your legal rights:
• A replacement
• A repair
• A full refund (including reasonable return postage costs)
